What is e-Coaching?

e-Coaching is a coach in your inbox!  Email as much as you like, expecting a response within 48 hours.  This can be a standalone service for day to day maintenance or an add-on to any other service.  It is most effective as an add-on to other services and as maintenance following other services.  However, participation in other services is not a prerequisite.
