Do I have to complete the Powerful You! Coaching Program in order to receive Mind + Body + Spirit One on One Coaching or e-Coaching or participate in a Coaching Through the Arts workshop?

No, there are no prerequisites to any of the services.  Having said that, clients often find that beginning with the Powerful You! Coaching Program helps them jump start their life goals, enabling them to get even more out of the other services.
