Do I have to be a writer or artist to participate in a Coaching Through the Arts workshop?

Absolutely not!  These topic specific workshops are all about having fun, building community, and utilizing other parts of the brain to help you explore deeper and learn more.  Raw, messy, unedited is the point.  This is a fun and new way to sneak past our subconscious and really dig in deep to shift perspectives and expand our learning.
